On the First Sunday of each Month we have a Potluck lunch with all the students
Amrit Yoga Nidra
Every Wed at 915 AM (one hour class)
First Friday of each month at 7 PM (90 min)
Friday Yoga Nidra additionally chanting and satsang

Cost:
$8.00 per class
$30.00 for one month period of unlimited classes
$60 for a ten class package that can be used over the rest of your life, never expires (until you do)
All classes are beginner level open to all level of Yoga students. Classes have been ongoing since 1993. You can join at any time or come for one class.
All classes are now held at the New Dome Healing Center on First Coast Hwy.
Introductory beginners classes are conducted regularly at The Dome Healing Center, which offer an opportunity to try out Yoga and Meditation techniques and talk about how they can be helpful, and made a part of improving your health and lifestyle.
In our classes you will learn a safe beginning practice of Yoga exercises, breathing techniques, a complete relaxation procedure and meditation. Class discussions include how to use the techniques to manage stress reactions, how to schedule daily Yoga practice into a busy lifestyle, how to complement Yoga practice by eating healthier foods, and some basic concepts in Yoga philosophy.

Regular practice of Yoga techniques can also help to relieve many of the symptoms of common health problems. More and more, physicians and other health professionals are recommending Yoga practice to their patients with conditions such as asthma, severe PMS and menopause symptoms, back pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure and depression. Special seminars focusing on these conditions are offered at each center, and topical instructional materials are available for these and other disorders whose symptoms can be relieved with regular use of Yoga techniques.
Guidance and individual instruction for advancing students also are offered that introduces new exercise routines, concentration and meditation techniques and practical Yoga concepts.
The Dome Healing Center feels a special commitment to the needs of older Americans. Yoga has helped thousands of older adults regain or maintain independence through exercise, breathing and meditation techniques that improve mobility, circulation and muscle strength; relieve common problems such as insomnia and stiffness, and increase stamina and well being. Modified techniques of traditional Yoga exercises and may be done in a chair or even in bed.
