CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of stress on your central nervous system. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hand-on treatment method that focuses on freeing restrictions to physiological motion of all the bones of the skull, including the face and mouth, as well as the spinal vertebrae, sacrum, coccyx, and hips.

We have extensively trained in CranioSacral for many years and have found it to be a very effective therapy by it self or in combination with our other therapies. We would suggest that you first try a full CranioSacral treatment. After seeing the results of that first session we could explore using a combination of therapies depending on your experience.
